Wednesday, February 6, 2019 1 Adar I 5779

12:30 PM - 3:00 PM

We’re Popping Up in Boynton Beach for the Palm Beach Jewish Film Festival!

Join our Education Director, Alissa Frankel, and Director of Jewish Life Activities, Danna Cohen, for a screening of Life Is Rich.

Synopsis: A real-life comedy about Bonnie Rich, a filmmaker and Jewish mom on a mission to persuade her millennial daughters to raise her unborn grandchildren Jewish. While her daughters see little need for Jewish ritual that doesn’t involve food, Bonnie wants them to see Judaism as more than matzo ball soup. So she lures her daughters into Jewish sing-alongs and drags them to meet with rabbis. In the process, Bonnie finds herself contemplating her own connection with her faith and questions whether she will be successful in pulling the family closer to Judaism.

We’ll meet for lunch at Too Jays at 12:30pm, then cross the street to the Boynton Cinemark for the movie! Everyone pays their own check and buys their own movie ticket at the box office.
