Each week at our Shabbat Services, Rabbi Alon Levkovitz invites us to close our eyes and focus on breathing in and out, and Cantor Marcy uplifts us with beautiful melodies an ancient prayers. Let the stress, the frustration and the trials of the week prior just fall away and let the sabbath into your heart.
