March's Sisterhood lunch out will be upstairs at Cafe Chardonnay at 4533 PGA Blvd. at noon. After, we’re off to an art exhibit! Palm Beach Gardens City Hall (10500 N Military Trail) is offering an exciting piece of history: the work of The Highwaymen, a group of African-American artists from Ft.
