If you attended religious school you probably know many Bible stories:  Joseph and his dreams, Daniel and the lion’s den, Jonah and the whale.   But do you know the story of Judah and Tamar? Ruth and Boaz? Our October lunch out will be a break from our normal tradition.  Instead of going to a restaurant, we are going to have a Brown Bag Lunch and Learn with the Rabbi.  Yes, we will schmooze a bit first but then Rabbi Alon Levkovitz will share some Bible stories they didn’t teach in Hebrew School. The program will be at noon on October 19 at the Temple.  Bring your lunch and we will provide drinks and dessert.  RSVP by October 12 to Marcy Brody at marcybrody@gmail.com.
