We are glad to offer Seasons of Mussar, a community Mussar program that provides access to the transformative teaching and practices of Mussar, based on the book Everyday Holiness, by Alan Morinis. Through contemplative practices, small group discussions, and text study you will be shown an authentic Jewish pathway to transform your inner world so you can find more balance and wholeness in all areas of life. Seasons of Mussar is open for new and returning Mussar seekers and is suitable for all, regardless of the level of Jewish knowledge, and no Hebrew is required.

This course will include both group meetings and Chevruta (partner) study.  

All classes are Tuesdays, at 6:45-8:15pm.
