If you’ve ever considered reading the Jewish Bible (or at least getting familiar with its content), this is your opportunity. During these last four of eight sessions, I will be exploring the book that is not only at the foundation of Judaism and Christianity, but of Western civilization. We will incorporate traditional as well as contemporary approaches while looking at the Bible’s historical and cultural setting in the Ancient Near East.
