Through contemplative practices, small group discussions, and text study you will be shown an authentic Jewish pathway to transform your inner world so you can find more balance and wholeness in all areas of life. Seasons of Mussar is open for new and returning Mussar seekers and is suitable for all, regardless of the level of Jewish knowledge, and no Hebrew is required
