The Forgiveness Lab: A Practical Workshop, Wednesday, September 10 at 6:30pm

Forgiveness can feel like an impossible mountain to climb, whether for others or for ourselves. This powerful workshop blends timeless Jewish wisdom on mechilah (forgiveness) with modern psychological insights to offer a practical toolkit for the journey. We will explore the complex work of letting go of grudges, finding pathways to forgive others, and—just as importantly—discovering the compassion to forgive ourselves.
