Grounded in Jewish ethics like constructive feedback (tochachah), this skills-based workshop provides a safe space to learn practical tools for communication. You'll explore techniques for active listening and expressing yourself clearly and compassionately, empowering you to turn the vital work of repair (tikkun) into a tangible life skill.
