Jim was born March 29, 1910 in Los Angeles. He was deployed to the Aleutian Campaign where he was wounded and received the Purple Heart and a Bronze Star. Upon retirement he became an artist. He met his present wife Leona in Spain in 1975 & they were married in 1980 at Temple Judea in Manhasset, New York. Leona & Jim have been members of the Temple Beth Am congregation for over 23 years. They would be honored to have the congregation join him for this special occasion.

Weekly Lunch and Learn Torah Study with David Sherman
Thursdays from Noon until 1:30pm discuss that week's Torah portion (Parasha). Each week together you'll study and summarize the Torah portion and pick a few verses to delve into. No prior experience needed.

For children and grandchildren of all ages.
You're never too old to enjoy the experience.

Temple Beth Am has become the religious home for over 400 families in North Palm Beach County.  We strive to be a place where spiritual growth, tradition and ritual provide meaning and comfort to every person who comes through our doors.
