Overview:  IT'S ALL ABOUT US!  CELEBRATING GIRLS
The overarching goal of this program is to create confident young females for our community!  This program is open to all Temple Beth Am 5th, 6th and 7th grade girls.

Some of the goals of this program, “It’s All About Us! Celebrating Girls”, are to provide positive experiences where girls can learn positive ways of increasing self-esteem, self-respect, and self-confidence; to show participants that Temple Beth Am is a safe place where they can come to find assistance, solace, and spirituality.  This program is an excellent opportunity for the young girls of Temple Beth Am to get together and begin to create a warm, compassionate, and caring community, one whose bonds may extend throughout their lives. 

The program will focus on increasing self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-respect through the celebration of Jewish traditions of women throughout the Bible.  This will be accomplished through learning about strong females within the Bible and applying the leadership abilities of Biblical women to themselves and the strong positive female role models in their lives, while celebrating Jewish women within Judaism.

Below you will find the schedule of dates, and on the next page the registration form for the program.  The cost will be $100 and includes all materials needed for the program.
