SOCIAL ACTION COMMITTEE NEWS

COLLECTION OF WOMEN’S BUSINESS CLOTHING: for a local non-profit organization, which provides assistance to women (many of whom have been victims of domestic violence) entering or re-entering the workplace. Please donate the following new or “gently used” items:

  • Dresses — Dress Pants
  • Blouses — Suits
  • Skirts
  • Accessories (scarves, belts, jewelry, purses)

FNL SOCIAL ACTION PROJECT: On March 12th, you have the opportunity to do a DOUBLE MITZVAH. Participants can make bracelets from beads from BeadforLife, and help Ugandan and American women at the same time!! Did you know that International Women’s Day is also in March? Come to FNL for more details…


THANK YOU to everyone who donated to our past months’ Mitzvah of the Month Projects: shoes, supplies for Loggerhead Marinelife Center, food for Haiti, teddy bears and healthy food drive for Haiti.
